This is not exactly "frugal" dining, but I went here for dinner one time for a special occasion and I had the porcini Mushroom risotto with roasted quail and fresh seasonal berry tart.
My first impression of my entree was that it was BIG! I usually associate expensive restaurants with tiny dishes, but this restaurant gave me very good portions and I was STUFFED!
I thought everything was cooked to perfection and the quail tasted nice and juicy! The best part was the mushroom taste!
I would say this was quite and expensive meal, but was definitely worth it once in a while! I even sawUmberto (the owner of the place ) !
